- Ideally looking for someone to take on a senior / leadership role in the service department
- Lead 2x service techs
- Provide technical advice and support (use of Epson, Creston, Extron, Cisco etc)
- Manage client relationships andcontracts
- 60/40 office and field based
- Administration duties - direct workloads, scheduling, documentation
- Hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm
- Technical experience in AV install and service
- Commercial experience e.g. Education, Finance, Health, Government, Offices etc.
- Relationship management skills (clients, external partners, internally)
- Experience in fault finding, audio visual schematics and video distribution systems
- Ideally holds EWP, White Card and can obtain a Police Clearance
- Salary circa $85k + Super + Car + Incentives + Fuel + All Tools Provided
- Open to a Tech/Senior working towards management level
- Good mix of office and field work, less on the tools and more business focused
