    Description

    Title: Change Manager

    Start Date: ASAP

    End Date: 9 months from start

    Hours per week: 38

    Location: Perth, WA Candidate must be Perth based or willing to relocate)

    Change management:

    • Leads change management using the Enterprise Change Management framework and associated tools to ensure successful delivery of projects.
    • Establish, manage and support change management stakeholder networks, where required.
    • Conduct impact assessments for all business change projects which identify direct and indirect changes for each group or team impacted.
    • Interface and liaise with Internal Communications team members regarding the development of communications plans and activities and ensure that all communications to impacted stakeholders align with the change approach.
    • Develop and align change plans and activities.
    • Liaise with the Transformation Office to align change activities.

    Stakeholder management and communication:

    • Engages and supports internal stakeholders in relation to the coordination and management of the change portfolio of work.
    • As trusted advisors collaborates with stakeholders, builds and leverages working relationships.
    • Liaises with the communications team to design and develop communications strategies / plans to enable enterprise-wide alignment.
    • Partners & supports leaders to understand and align to the change narrative and support business readiness.

    Qualifications and experience:

    • Degree level qualification in a related discipline and relevant experience /or substantial experience with relevant accreditations.
    • Formal accreditation in change management - i.e. PROCSI, LEAN change, ACMP is preferred
    • Substantial experience and knowledge in the technical design and implementation of a range of change management methodologies, practices, tools and techniques.
    • Substantial experience in guiding and influencing key stakeholders through a change journey.
    • Substantial experience with leading the implementation of organisational programs of change in a large commercial organisation.
    • Considerable experience and knowledge of organisational program management approaches, methodologies, and life cycle planning.
    • Demonstrated experience in articulating the business case for change and demonstrating the benefits of change management.

    • Substantial experience in workshop design and facilitation.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles and practices.
    • Demonstrated understanding of utility service delivery and operations and the delivery of projects in this environment.
