    Continuing, Full TimeLevel 10 - $127,960 to $135,687 pa (plus 17% superannuation)Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Dubbo, Orange, Port Macquarie, Wagga Wagga (other locations may be considered)As part of the executive management team, the Associate Director, Project Management Office is responsible for developing and providing leadership of high-quality project, portfolio, business process improvement and business analysis services.

    You will provide strategic advice and support the governance of technology-related projects at Charles Sturt including the support of its formal governance structures and committees.


    To be successful you will have:

    An in-depth understanding and extensive demonstrated experience in project management, business analysis and business improvement frameworks, methodologies and best practice, and its practical application.

    Demonstrated strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
    Proven strong people management skills including extensive experience in the management, recruitment, and development of teams across multiple locations.
    Experience in analysing and optimising complex, enterprise business processes securing measurable benefits.
