    We are seeking an experienced and dependable Operational Assistant Venue Leader to lead our team in delivering exceptional experiences. This role will involve assisting the Venue Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless venue functionality.

    The successful candidate will possess a passion for delivering outstanding service and have the drive to lead from the front. Key responsibilities include:

    • Assisting the Venue Manager in overseeing venue operations
    • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
    • Collaborating with team members to achieve operational efficiency
