    Job Description

    As a Recruitment Manager at Page Group, you will be responsible for:

    1. Establishing relationships with clients to gain in-depth knowledge of their departments and hiring needs.
    2. Developing and releasing job postings on social media and job boards.
    3. Utilizing recruiting sources and executing innovative strategies to find high-quality candidates and prospects for new business.
    4. Screening resumes and prospects, qualifying, interviewing, and managing candidates throughout the interview process from preparation to offer negotiation.
    5. Maintaining a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, and other candidate relationships.
    6. Following up on interview status and updating records in the internal database.

    BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with clients and candidates while working collaboratively as part of a passionate team to maximize Page Group's commercial performance.
