    About the role

    This is a full time permanent opportunity located in Brisbane CBD.

    The ICT Delivery Manager (Enterprise) is responsible for delivery of all projects in the Enterprise sub portfolio. The ICT Delivery Manager skilfully integrates team leadership and all project management knowledge areas to deliver agreed outputs and outcomes for all ICT projects under their management. This includes ensuring that their team is engaged and productive, delivering business value and quality results.

    Key activities include:

    • Oversee delivery of the Enterprise projects through pro-active engagement and assignment of the assigned team, recruitment activities and escalation of staff related matters to the Head of Enterprise Solutions when required.
    • Manage team members to deliver optimum work and coaching to provide technical guidance on project management related matters.
    • Quality review of project deliverables such as business cases and status reports, investigating issues and briefing the Head of Enterprise Solutions on any developing matters.
    • Identify, secure and manage all required or allocated project resources to agreed outcomes.

    About you

    • Demonstrated project management capability including scope definition/management, schedule, project planning, budget management, and risk/issues management.
    • Proven ability to work with a mix of stakeholders including executives, users, suppliers, external commercial advisors and internal support services (PMO, Sites, Finance, Procurement, HR, Communications and Legal).
    • Experience with sourcing, procurement, contract negotiation and contract management
    • Ability to align project objectives to approved organisational strategies and roadmaps.
    • Ability to respond to risks, react to issues and implement agreed mitigating actions in a timely manner.
