    The role

    This role is a permanent full-time opportunity however, there may be times where further flexibility is required.

    Key responsibilities

    Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Client Cost Agreement recording and general maintenance tasks
  • Managing CCA renewal process
  • Client and matter opening and ongoing data support
  • General back-up and assistance for all areas of the file maintenance
  • Adhoc Inbox requests - bill cancellations, time transfers, bill write offs, trust and split bills
  • Assisting Partners/PAs with Expert Billing queries and requests
  • Assisting in general finance duties for Perth office, as required (trust, accounts payable)
  • Ebilling - uploading invoices into various ebilling portals.
  • Skills & Experience

    To be successful in this role you will have:

  • At least 2 years' experience in:A professional services environment (preferably legal)Handling high volume transactions with great accuracy and diligenceA Practice Management System, ideally Aderant Expert (advantageous)Ebilling portals (advantageous)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to work through high volumes with great accuracy (especially at month end)
  • A willingness to take on any task with flexibility
