- Client Cost Agreement recording and general maintenance tasks
- Managing CCA renewal process
- Client and matter opening and ongoing data support
- General back-up and assistance for all areas of the file maintenance
- Adhoc Inbox requests - bill cancellations, time transfers, bill write offs, trust and split bills
- Assisting Partners/PAs with Expert Billing queries and requests
- Assisting in general finance duties for Perth office, as required (trust, accounts payable)
- Ebilling - uploading invoices into various ebilling portals.
- At least 2 years' experience in:A professional services environment (preferably legal)Handling high volume transactions with great accuracy and diligenceA Practice Management System, ideally Aderant Expert (advantageous)Ebilling portals (advantageous)
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work through high volumes with great accuracy (especially at month end)
- A willingness to take on any task with flexibility
