    Our Client is a well-known Commercial Real Estate Agency in the Eastern suburbs.

    As their new Sales and Leasing Agent, you will ideally have a couple of years experience in Commercial Sales and Leasing, and bring an eager and ambitious personality into the workplace.

    The Role :

    • Be responsible for the end-to-end management of deals for the sale of commercial properties, ensuring a positive client experience
    • Act as the main point of contact between property owners and prospective buyers to ensure fair dealing for all parties
    • Assist landlords in promoting their properties for sale, and offer advice to interested buyers
    • Negotiate and prepare relevant paperwork (contracts, deeds, leases, etc.) prior to the sale of a commercial property
    • Perform comparative market analysis to accurately value commercial properties
    • Conduct research on the local market and stay up-to-date on industry trends

    The Candidate :

    • The candidate will have minimum 2+ years experience in Commercial Sales and Leasing and/or Commercial Property Management
    • Business, Finance, Property Degree or equivalent - highly advantageous
    • Must be passionate about their work and have a positive attitude
    • Must have strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Strong prioritisation skills and attention to detail
    • A real team player
