Location: Sydney NSW

Mars Recruitment is partnered with a company that connects drivers with various automotive service providers, streamlining processes such as accident reporting, repair scheduling, and insurance coordination. Their service aims to simplify the post-accident experience for drivers by providing efficient communication channels and scheduling management.

As a Claims Consultant, you will be part of a small & dynamic team and liaise with customers and third parties regarding their status and on-going process of their claim. You will be responsible for building rapport with clients, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, and displaying excellent attention to detail.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients to obtain accident details over the phone and accurately input them into the CRM system.
• Proactively respond to inbound client queries professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate with drivers to confirm delivery schedules.
• Update files by contacting clients, smash repairers, or insurance companies for necessary information or to address inquiries.
• Manage daily scheduling for pickups and deliveries scheduled for the following day.
• Perform administrative duties with high attention to detail.

About You:

• Prior experience working in a claims assessing/administrator role within the insurance and/or financial services industry
• Previous motor claims experience desirable but not a must
• A relevant degree in Economics, Finance & Commerce desirable
• Outstanding verbal & written communication, showcasing resilience and empathy when dealing with customers
• Strong attention to details, problem-solving skills and able to multi-task
