    NXT GIG is seeking an accomplished IT Strategy Manager to shape and execute our technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging technology to drive operational success, cost efficiency, and innovation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop Comprehensive IT Strategies: Support organizational objectives and enhance business performance through the implementation of strategic IT plans.
    • Collaborate with Senior Management: Assess current IT capabilities and identify areas for improvement in collaboration with senior leaders.
    • Conduct Market Research: Inform strategic decision-making through market research and impact analyses.
    • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Drive technology initiatives and ensure alignment with business needs by leading cross-functional teams.
    • Monitor Industry Trends: Recommend innovative solutions based on monitoring industry trends and emerging technologies.

    • Evaluate IT Investments: Ensure maximum return on investment by evaluating and managing IT investments.

    Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Experience: Proven experience as an IT Strategy Manager or in a similar strategic role.
    • Background: Strong background in IT management, project management, and strategic planning.
    • Skillset: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; exceptional communication and presentation capabilities with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
    • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence senior leadership.
    • Certifications: Certifications related to IT governance or strategic management (e.g., ITIL, COBIT, or PMP) are an advantage.
