    What You Will Be Doing The multi disciplinary team (MDT) meeting system is a stream based meeting structure to present patients diagnosed with cancer to a panel of experts in order to determine the most appropriate treatment plan for diagnosis.

    The MDT coordinator is responsible for providing high level coordination and administrative support to the MDTs.

    The MDT coordinator works closely with the MDT clinical leads to prepare all the necessary data and document outcomes of the meetings.

    The coordinator will be highly motivated and resourceful with well developed interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with clinical staff, senior management and external partners.


    What You Need We anticipate you will have:

    • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a health related field or equivalent workexperience.
    • Proficient understanding of medical terminology and abbreviations
    • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated skills in interpretation of date and theuse of IT systems.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships withsenior management and key stakeholders.
    • Highly organised, dynamic and the ability to work with an excellent level of detailand accuracy.
