    The Role: Full time Sous Chef

    This exclusive catering contract is for a prestigious Business Class and First Class operation, based at Perth International Airport and production kitchen. Service style varies from buffet to full a la carte table service, based on international cuisine with strong Asian influence.

    The role:

    • Delivering high quality food and service for the site whilst following and enforcing food safety standards, policies, and procedures
    • All food preparation and service whilst adhering to food presentation standards by TWG and Singapore airlines.
    • A good, working knowledge of different Asian cuisine.
    • Supervises and co-ordinates kitchen when Head chef not onsite
    • Stock Management – ordering & replenishing stock

    About You:

    • Minimum 2 years' experience in similar role within diverse range of corporate hospitality kitchens or hotels
    • Flexibility and transportation to work across a 7 day roster with variable start and finish times
    • Must have required qualifications (Cert III) or trade experience equivalent.
    • Ready to jump in, hands on mindset and organising skills.
    • Have demonstrated high-end catering and cooking experience.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills including grooming, presentation and professional communication towards the client and guests.

    Salary: $70,000 - $75,000
