    Description

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a Marketing Procurement Analyst to support the RingCentral Marketing department in ensuring efficient and accurate procurement activities. The successful candidate will partner with Marketing budget owners, gather requirements, select and onboard vendors, drive cost savings, and execute contracts.

    Responsibilities:

    • Execute regular purchasing duties, including PO creation, contract processing, invoice management, expenses, variance reporting, etc.
    • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Procurement, Finance, Accounting, and Legal stakeholders
    • Define and optimize procurement processes to drive continuous efficiency improvements
    • Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system
    • Prepare reports and summarize vendor cost data

    Requirements:

    • At least 2+ years of experience in purchasing
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or any related field
    • Strong English communication and negotiation skills
