    What's on offer?

    Fulton Hogan is pleased to announce we have been awarded the design and construction project for the Mount Ousley Interchange. Working closely with Transport for NSW this project includes replacing the existing intersection of the Princes Motorway and Mount Ousley Road which in turn will improve road safety, travel times and accommodate the efficient movement of future traffic and freight growth. This $390 million project is set to commence mid 2024 and will provide essential infrastructure to the Mount Ousley community.

    As a Contracts Manager you will provide clear direction and focus on contractual activities including subcontract agreements, cost control and reporting, commercial claims, commercial reporting, risk and opportunity identification and management which is required for civil infrastructure and engineering construction projects. You will have the ability to work autonomously while administering and managing multiple subcontract packages. Your responsibilities will include the quantification and pricing of the scope of works, undertaking commercial reviews of tender documentation and reviewing and advising on cost plan estimates, submission documentation, risk/opportunity management and value engineering.

    You are someone who can communicate efficiently and effectively at all organisational levels from executives to engineers and administrators, as well as with external clients, subcontractors & suppliers. You will also be able to:

    • Both prioritise and problem solve, while managing internal and external stakeholder interests;
    • Take ownership of contractual activities and influence outcomes that will exceed expectations;
    • Quickly understand areas of concern/risk based on your past experience working in the civil construction industry;
    • Thrive in a leadership role.
