    A role with unique responsibilities
    The Donor & Surrogacy Coordinator has a very important role at Monash IVF. You will provide ongoing support to our prospective donors, recipients, surrogates and intended parents in a professional and caring manner. With exceptional customer service, underpinned by compassion, high organisational skills and attention to detail, you will directly enhance the patient experience.

    Under guidance from your Team Leader, your responsibilities include:

    • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
    • Ensuring regulatory compliance for donors, recipients, surrogates and intended parents
    • Maintain an understanding of regulatory guidelines
    • Managing multiple patient allocations to progress to treatment with assisted reproductive technology
    • Managing the recruitment, selection and allocation process of donors to recipients
    • Maintaining accurate and current donor inventory and records
    • Developing a thorough understanding of Monash IVF Group services and treatments
    • Reporting all aspects of legislative and regulatory compliance information
    • Assist in internal / external donor and surrogacy auditing processes
    • Liaise with other departments and key stakeholders regarding donor matters across Queensland
    • Review Donor and Surrogacy systems, policies and documentation where required

    Are you the ideal candidate for us?
    The ideal candidate will see their role as vital to the success of the organisation. Understanding there are ups and down in reproductive health, the Donor & Surrogacy Coordinator will be sensitive to the needs of patients and hold a genuine interest in fertility solutions, specifically Donor & Surrogacy. Ideally you will have the following:

    • Experience with managing patient expectations and providing information to patients
    • Sound understanding of the Donor (egg, sperm and embryo) and Surrogacy program and processes
    • Knowledge and understanding of relevant legislations, regulations and guidelines specific to donor and surrogacy
    • A strong orientation to achieve outcomes in operational performance and patient satisfaction
    • Empathetic towards patients during highly sensitive conversations
    • Ability to follow check lists, set priorities, time manage and meet deadlines
    • High attention to detail and organisational skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills
    • A vibrant team player with a strong interest to be part of a growing industry
    • Competent user of Microsoft office suite
