    Description

    This role works closely with Asset Managers to oversee all aspects of design development, encompassing the overall management of existing assets or new developments across various sector classes including commercial, retail, residential, industrial and logistics projects.

    • Develop design requirements and formulate briefs ensuring alignment with the Company's development strategy.
    • Manage the development of design concepts/options, project pipelines to ensure timely delivery meeting Asset Manager's Requirements.
    • Liaise with design consultants and relevant authorities to meet the Company's development strategy and Asset Manager's needs.
    • Accountable for managing the design development process from inception to completion.
    • Ensure designs meet required quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements and corporate governance.

    Job Specifications

    • Masters/degree in Architecture.
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in design development for Commercial, Retail, Residential, Industrial and Logistics projects, with expertise in drawing, designing and articulating construction details.
    • Proficiency in Autocad, Sketchup, Adobe Design, Photoshop, Rhino, Grasshopper.
    • Continuous improvement mindset seeking innovative design solutions through questioning the status quo and value engineering.
    • Ability to drive creation of solutions tailored to Business Units', shareholders' and environment's needs.
    • High level of independence, cultural sensitivity, endurance and adaptability; excellent leadership skills to drive projects and team collaboration.
