    About the role:
    The program activity officer will deliver scheduled activities, consistent with industry standards, that meet the needs of frail aged persons and their carer's. This role requires collaborative teamwork.

    Duties include:

  • Develop and maintain consumer care plans.
  • Provide customer/client wellbeing support.
  • Supervise clients.
  • Other duties specified by the supervisor/manager.
  • About you:
    To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Drivers Licence (Class C) - NSW
  • Certificate III in Community Services, Customer Engagement, Hospitality, Healthcare or other related field
  • Experience in Aged Care
  • Highly developed administration experience.
