    Mandatory Requirements
    - Possession of relevant vocational qualifications
    - Current applicable licenses
    - Demonstrated diverse industry skills and experience
    To qualify as a TAFE Queensland teacher, candidates must possess or be willing to obtain an adult education certification, primarily the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or equivalent (contact us for details).

    Remuneration Package:
    - Salary: $86, $97,991.36 gross per annum (as per TAFE Queensland Educators Certified Agreement 2023)
    - Superannuation: 12.75%
    - Leave Loading: 17.5%
    - 4 weeks of Annual Recreation Leave
    - 5 weeks of Non-attendance Time (NAT) allocated annually for preparation
    - Access to paid professional development opportunities
    - Potential for paid overtime based on operational needs
