    About the Role

    The Office Support Administrator plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and organisation of our business/office operations. This position involves managing office supplies, handling correspondence, maintaining records, coordinating office events, and assisting with travel arrangements. The individual will also act as a key point of contact for internal and external communications, providing general support to all staff and clients to ensure a smooth and productive office environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Coordinate facilities management services across all Australian locations.
    • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlords, including the corporate travel agent.
    • Process invoices and requisitions as needed.
    • Oversee work health and safety activities according to company policies.
    • Organise office operations, control correspondences, design filing systems, review supply requisitions, and monitor clerical functions.
    • Ensure office maintenance is performed by authorised contractors.
    • Coordinate logistics and deliveries across all Australian locations.
    • Assist with staff onboarding and offboarding processes.
    • Assist with coordinating staff attendance at workshops, meetings, and company events.
    • Perform ad hoc duties as required.
