    About the Role:

    The ANZ Finance Team operates in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, where no two days are the same. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the role is responsible for ensuring all financial and management reporting requirements are delivered to a high standard, as well as supporting on-going process improvements.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Month end and year end accounting
    • Key point of contact with business units and wider finance team to provide detail and support as required.
    • Preparation and review of balance sheet reconciliations
    • Providing coaching and mentoring to accountants
    • Assisting external auditors and tax advisors
    • Assistance with special purpose and statutory accounts
    • Develop processes to ensure strong internal controls.
    • Assistance with other administrative matters and ad-hoc projects as required.

    About You:

    • 5+ years' experience across management/financial accounting positions or at a Big 4 or mid-tier firm (with 2+ years' experience in management/financial accounting roles)
    • This is an office-based role with the head office located in West Perth.
    • CA/CPA Qualified
    • Positive, can-do attitude
    • Ability to problem solve and make clear decisions
    • Strong time management skills with the ability to be flexible
    • High attention to detail
    • Ability to work in a team and autonomously
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
