Your Accounts Receivable experience is required for this diverse and challenging finance team.

Our client currently has an opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Officer, in a full-time, permanent position.

Your new roleReporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will be responsible for the full function of Accounts Receivable, supporting the business in the daily management of Debtors Accounts, Debt Recovery, and Reconciliations.

Furthermore, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Reconcile accounts
Process credit applications
Setting up accounts, and account management
End of month procedures
Prepare, review and disburse invoices
Verify and post accounts receivable transactions to general ledgers and other records
Prepare bank deposits and perform related banking
Assist with monthly reporting and analysis and maintain and update client accounts
Professional customer service and communication, particularly when dealing with key stakeholders, customers, co-workers and the public.
What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this position, you will have experience in the following:End-to-end Accounts Receivable within a multi-business Accounts Receivable function
Be able to confidently talk through Accounts Receivable processes & procedures
Understanding of general accounting within Accounts Receivable
Ability to build positive relationships in the workplace
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong work ethic and enjoys a challenge
