    Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Team Administrator to support our dynamic team. This role requires excellent administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a passion for workplace safety and a desire to contribute to the success of our team.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Maintain and update records and databases
  • Handle communication with clients and other stakeholders
  • Support project management activities
  • Manage office supplies and equipment
  • Event and Travel Management
  • Organization of conferences, workshops, functions, and team events
  • Travel management, including flights, accommodation, transfers (domestic and international), and production of travel itineraries
  • Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrator or similar role
  • Experience with Customer Resource Management (CRM) software (ideally)
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail
  • Relevant qualifications in Business Administration or related field preferred
