    About the role

    The Sales Executive role for Melbourne plays a pivotal role in maintaining and driving the existing customer portfolio and revenue base across our broadcast television and digital platforms.

    This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from local businesses to national brands, and make a significant impact in the competitive media landscape.


    Key responsibilities:
    Developing relationships with a variety of business customers across a variety of industry sectors
    Assisting in the development and implementation of strategies to meet network revenue, exceed market share and enhance the Seven Network brand
    Preparing and presenting reports to the sales department
    Understanding the Seven West Media business and be able to leverage our assets to deliver on client objectives
    Building strong relationships both internally and externally to enhance the overall team's effectiveness and performance

    We'd love you to have:
    You have a passion and knowledge of media sales

    Excellent communication skills and the ability to adopt and using a range of styles, tools and techniques appropriate to customers both internally and externally.

    Strong negotiation skills and able to ensure value is maximised for both clients and the business.
    Superior Presentation Skills an able to deliver attractive, accurate and customer focused communication.
    Demonstrate a solutions-focused, can-do approach to potential issues.
    1-2 years previous experience in a business development or account management role.
