    Product Specialist - Shoulder Arthroplasty

    A global medical device company, Arthrex is a leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics.

    This role offers a unique opportunity to launch Arthrex's innovative Shoulder Arthroplasty Product line into the NSW market.

    As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service by offering solutions to surgeons and medical/healthcare professionals across Arthrex's shoulder portfolio.

    You will develop effective relationships and liaise with surgeons and theatre staff, promoting the sale of products/solutions that address customer pain points.

    The successful candidate will have a strong sales track record in orthopaedic shoulder products from a sales or clinical perspective.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Developing strategic territory sales and performance plans
    • Providing in-theatre clinical support during cases
    • Delivering in-servicing for customers and supporting new product launches
    • Identifying customer needs and optimising opportunities

    Requirements:

    • Strong team orientation and long-term relationship-based sales approach
    • Ability to think strategically and constructively challenge customers
    • Excellent communication, time management, and prioritisation skills
