    VGW is a fast-growing technology company and creator of market-leading online social game s. With offices around the globe, we're on a mission to be the biggest gaming company in the world.

    Due to major growth we are expanding our Engineering team in Perth and currently looking for a Senior Engineer to join the team.

    What you should know about our Engineering team:

  • We make room to do things the right way, rather than hacking stuff in
  • You own your projects: you build it, you ship it, you run it
  • We were born in the cloud: practices and principles like CI/CD, IaC, O11y and CyberSec are part of what we do

    • Tech we use

     Our typical tech stack includes AWS, Kubernetes for microservices, Kotlin, TypeScript, and Terraform.

    What you will bring to the role:

  • Proven experience with AWS or other cloud-based architectures.
  • Proficiency in Kotlin or similar programming languages.
  • Familiarity with DynamoDB, Kafka, or related databases and streaming services.
  • Ability to design and optimise systems for scalability and performance.
  • Able to lead the delivery of technical projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
