    Job SummaryAt Huisong, we are looking for a motivated, passionate, and experienced Sales Manager to join our global team As our Sales Manager, your main responsibility will be to achieve sales targets by developing and maintaining high-quality business relationships and implementing a sustainable sales strategy in the region.

    Job Description

    Sales & Marketing
    • Achieve sales targets set by the organization
    • Discover and develop new customers and market opportunities in the region
    • Maintain and grow business relationship with existing clients
    • Maintain and improve Huisong's brand image and reputation in the region
    • Develop new products and services for customers in the region
    • Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to develop short and long-term growth strategy in the region for the next 5-10 years

    Qualifications and Skills
    • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
    • Previous experience as a sales manager or business development manager
    • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the company
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
    • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
    • Proven ability to position products against competitors
    • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

    Education and Experience Requirements
    • 3+ years of sales experience in either nutrition supplements, foods & beverages, pharmaceuticals, or essential oil & fragrances manufacturing or distribution companies
    • Bachelor's degrees in business administration, economics, chemistry, biology, biochemistry, pharmaceuticals, food science & technology, plant science, nutrition science, or other related fields
