- Financial Operations and Compliance: Supervise all financial operations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, particularly in salary packaging, novated leasing, and national operations.
- Risk and Investment Management: Manage risk and identify investment prospects to support sustainable growth, maintaining high accountability standards.
- Reporting and Governance: Ensure accurate financial reporting as required by our status as a listed company. Coordinate with COG:ASX's CFO for consistent financial reporting and governance.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead the finance team towards excellence in financial management and reporting, fostering a culture of professional growth.
- At least a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Chartered Accountant qualification.
- Previous experience as a CFO, preferably in financial services, managing an annual revenue of $150m for a listed company.
- Knowledge of financial regulations, strategic planning, risk management, and expertise in salary packaging and novated leasing.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- A strategic thinker with integrity, ethical standards, and a dedication to financial transparency.
