- Deliver an outstanding dining experience & operation in line with Esca brand standards and direction.
- Train, motivate, and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations
- Collaborate with our winery team on providing the perfect platform to showcase Bimbadgen wine and spirits
- Monitor, forecast & achieve monthly F&B financial targets
- Develop and implement promotional activities and strategies to increase visitation.
- Ongoing review & refinement of food menu offering & pricing to remain competitive. Work in consultation with Executive Chef & in consideration of market conditions.
- Ensure the coordination & operations for all functions is overseen & operated effectively.
- Proven experience in restaurant management, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
