    Description

    Individual Accountabilities

  • Talent acquisition International Market region – manage the end-to-end recruitment process for mid level roles across the multiple departments within the region including devising recruitment strategies with the business
  • P&C strategy – contribute to the design of initiatives and programs to achieve the P&C strategic objectives and embed the company values
  • Workforce management – work with business unit leads to manage workforce including management of performance issues, talent management, development and employee engagement to business unit success
  • Remuneration and Benefits - conducting salary benchmarking for open roles, promotions and market salary adjustments.
  • Global Mobility – manages the visa process for inpatriates and expatriates including management of third party
  • WHS Australia – lead and maintain policies and procedures that will reduce risks, promote safety awareness and meet legislative requirements. Advise on safe working practices to minimise accidents/injuries in the workplace
  • Policy and Procedures - Support P&C team in drafting P&C policies and procedures and the implementation of these;
  • Payroll management– oversee payroll for region ensuring all relevant information is provided and processed by the payroll specialist in an accurate manner
  • Build a culture of excellence - implement HR initiatives to drive and maintain an overall culture of excellent
  • Continuous Improvement – always looking at ways to improve the P&C practices and processes
  • Create connections by maintaining an in-office presence of at least 3 times per week
  • Qualifications and Experience

  • 5+ years in professional HR experience
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related degrees
  • Experience in Human Resource Advisory or Business Partnering role
  • Excellent communication skills and ability build relationships with peers and senior leaders
  • Experience in or management of people related projects
