    Senior Strategy Manager Opportunity



    Morgan McKinley is partnering with a well-established organisation in the Financial Services sector to recruit a Senior Strategy Manager.



    Job Summary:

    This role will assist the Strategy team in providing business insight and direction on strategic issues facing the business. Key responsibilities include:

    • Supporting the organisation's strategy initiatives through analysis and research
    • Developing presentation materials and papers for senior stakeholders
    • Driving key strategic projects and business initiatives to deliver business growth


    Responsibilities:

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Adhering to the Code of Conduct
    • Preparing presentations and papers for senior stakeholders, including the Board and Leadership Team
    • Supporting organic and inorganic growth initiatives
    • Leading input and analysis for the Business Plan and annual Business Performance Review
    • Delivering stand-alone strategic problem solving on prioritised business programs
    • Developing strong working relationships with key related teams


    Candidate Requirements:

    We are seeking candidates with:

    • Financial services and Wealth Management experience
    • At least 2 years of strategy experience
    • A risk mindset and analytical approach
    • Strong practical problem-solving skills using strategic models and frameworks
    • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
