Built from the ground up and led by a hands-on leadership team Monford Group is known for getting things done safely sustainably and properly With projects spanning Infrastructure Resources and Energy across Australia we re proud to build the future one project at a time We re seeking Civil Engineers at Project Site and Senior levels to support major renewable energy and infrastructure projects across the East Coast These roles are site-based FIFO and delivery-focused with a strong emphasis on earthworks and groundworks If your background includes bulk earthworks roadworks pads drainage working in challenging ground conditions we want to hear from you Exposure to geotechnical works is highly regarded You ll be hands-on in the delivery of civil scopes working closely with supervisors subcontractors project teams to keep works moving safely efficiently spec Depending on level your responsibilities may include Delivering civil works across renewable energy infrastructure projects Managing coordinating earthworks roadworks drainage ground improvement scopes Reviewing designs geotechnical information construction methodologies Identifying risks early implementing practical site-based solutions Managing materials subcontractors documentation progress reporting Supporting mentoring junior engineers contributing safety-led culture.
