- Contributing to the delivery of the sales budget for new units or resales, by organising and managing sales activities.
- Communicating and networking with local regions to represent the villages to potential residents.
- Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction by providing accurate information in response to customer enquiries or interviews within a timely manner.
- Demonstrated success in a sales role.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Proven teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Working experience with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other sales CRMs
