Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of property managers, leasing agents to deliver exceptional service and achieve operational excellence.
Cultivate strong relationships with tenants, landlords, stakeholders to foster a positive and collaborative community atmosphere.
Stay abreast of market trends, industry regulations, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Lead by example, motivate the team & encourage them to succeed
Oversee and implement strategies & procedures
Ensure KPI's are met across the team
Investigate and manage escalated issues with your team and external clientele
Working within the Leadership Team to ensure profitability and growth
Portfolio Management of around 100 Properties, conducting ingoings, outgoings & routine inspections
The Candidate:
Strong Property Managers looking for a Team Leader/ Department Head role will be considered
Ideally have experience with managing & mentoring staff
Motivating, innovative & driven to succeed
Ability to prioritize your own and your team's time
Conflict Resolution - highly experienced with NCAT and tribunals
Lead a highly successful department
Develop team strengths and improve areas needing further development
