    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships and growing their client list, while also being part of our Growth Vision.

    The ideal candidate will have a passion for business development within the food services industry and excellent communication skills. They must be an active listener and conversationalist, with a strong ability to interact with various internal and external stakeholders.

    • Business development and client engagement
    • Strategies for business growth
    • Client proposals, as well as using a CRM
    • Constructing a healthy sales pipeline by increasing customer engagement and building relationships
    • Developing new business strategies
    • Providing a specialist service solution for resolving customers hygiene needs
    • This role is based in Melbourne and requires travel within Australia.

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • Proven experience in B2B Business Development
    • Sound Business Acumen with high attention to detail
    • Strong communication and relationship building skills
    • Exceptional Customer Service experience
    • Results driven with proven strategies for business growth to meet and exceed KPI's and targets
    • A full driver's license (car)
