Techforce has partnered with one of Perth's industry leading companies within the construction field in search of a Human Resources manager to lead the HR department on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be accountable for the running of all departments of Human Resources. This will include everything from recruitment, employee relations to employee benefits and compliance with labour laws.Responsibilities:
As HR lead the successful candidate will have a close working relationship with senior management to expand and put into practice HR policies that complement company goals and objectives. This will include:
Working hours: Monday – Friday 09:00-17:00
Salary: $160,000 - $218,967 ex super
