    Description

    Seeking a HSE Manager to support our Operations division in the Australian East Coast region. This role is responsible for providing HSE leadership and ensuring compliance with safety requirements across various industries in Eastern Australia, New Zealand, and Papua New Guinea.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide appropriate HSE leadership and ensure compliance with travel, site, and office safety requirements.
    • Develop and maintain productive relationships within and across projects, offices, and region.
    • Accountable for the day-to-day running of the local APAC East HSE project team.
    • Focus on delivery elements and implementation of HSE policies and practices.

    This is a full-time permanent position based in Melbourne, reporting to the Vice President of HSSES for APAC Operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HSE/WH&S/OHS or equivalent, along with 6+ years of relevant HSE experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in HSE/WH&S/OHS or equivalent.
    • 6+ years of relevant HSE experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
    • In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

    The salary for this role is approximately $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
