    This leading Big 4 Accounting firm are actively seeking experienced Private Clients Tax professionals to seamlessly integrate into their renowned Tax team, including a Private Clients Tax Manager with 5+ years of quality professional services experience.

    Your Role

    As a Tax Manager with them, you will play a pivotal role in delivering market leading tax services for the most complex clients in the country, shaping the future of your clients' success, and catapulting your career progression.

    Here's a Snapshot Of What Your Responsibilities Will Entail

    • Client-Centric Ownership: Collaborate closely with the leadership team to take ownership of and coordinate the provision of taxation services for a designated portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
    • Compliance Excellence: Oversee, supervise, and meticulously review the corporate income tax compliance services that you will offer, including the management of income tax return preparation and review processes.
    • Tax Accounting Expertise: Provide guidance in the preparation and/or review of corporate income tax accounting calculations and tax provisions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
    • Holistic Advisory Services: Manage and deliver a comprehensive suite of corporate taxation advisory services, tailored to the unique requirements of your very big, very complex clients, with unwavering support from some of Australia's foremost tax experts.
    • Complex Engagements: Collaborate with senior team members on intricate tax engagements, including ATO risk reviews and ruling application processes.
    • Mentorship and Development: Lead by example as you supervise your team's senior consultants, consultants, and graduates, offering guidance and support for their professional growth.
    • Counsellor Role: Act as the designated 'Counsellor' for one or more junior team members, providing mentorship and fostering their development.
    • Positive Team Culture: Contribute actively to the vibrant team culture, promoting high performance, strong collaboration, and a spirit of celebration for shared successes.
