    What you'll do

    This is an exciting opportunity to join in a key role for a new business venture / project but within an established and stable business. You will be accountable for maintaining and developing existing customer relationships while identifying and implementing new North and Far North Queensland Direct Rail business development opportunities.

    Responsibilities will include:

    • Working closely with the PC+ Rail Operations, Customer Service and Network teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions.
    • Supporting the Business Development team in the development and delivery of the commodity growth strategy.
    • Overseeing an exceptional customer experience that enables achievement of portfolio financial targets identifying and customer satisfaction targets.
    • Establishing and enhancing operational and relationship management through regular face to face meetings to build long-term customer relationships.
    • Identifying potential opportunities and leads based on conversations, analysis and strategic guidance from FV Business Development Manager

    What you'll bring

    • An FMCG or Produce background with 3-5 years of experience in a relationship facing role
    • Proven account management or other relevant experience
    • Supply Chain and rail logistics experience is desirable
    • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
    • Strong Relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities
    • An understanding of the North Queensland produce growing customer landscape is preferable
