    You will be an Owner and a Builder - bonus points if you have successfully launched / scaled a hyper-growth startup GTM before.


    Responsibilities:

    Recruiting, managing and inspiring the SME GTM teams Managing the Sales, Account Management and Partnerships cadence across the full funnel Interfacing directly with Customers and Prospects including leading strategic deals Creatively use data and market insights to develop and execute targeted industry vertical and use case plays Long range strategic planning Setting and hitting ambitious revenue targets Continuously track & monitor key metrics to ensure success, recommend course correction & success initiatives Advocate for the customer experience with the global Product organisation while also shaping the GTM strategy for new products Partner closely with global Sales leadership to ensure best practices are shared What you will bring:10+ years experience2nd or 3rd line sales management experience Top tier consulting experience is advantageous (data driven, analytically strong a must)Fintech/Tech hyper-growth experience Strong analytical skills Executive presence - excellent communication, both written and oral Ability to represent Airwallex externally at events, to customers etc Airwallex is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
