    Our client is a leader in supplyingpremium residential indoor and outdoor European furniture,they work with Australia's leading interior designers and are featured in some of Australia's most luxurious projects.

    The State Manager will be based in their stunning inner suburb Showroom, working closely with both the retail and commercial sales teams.

    If you have experience leading a sales team, a passion for premium brands and knowledge of the Architecture & Design industry, this role could be for you

    Key Responsibilities
    • Develop and retain a high-performing sales team
    • Work with the team to meet/exceed the annual sales targets
    • Empower the team through effective leadership, skills development and goal setting
    • Meet/exceed own sales budget and agreed KPI's and measures
    • Deliver a client experience that aligns with a luxury brand
    • Monitor the State sales P&L and adaptstrategy and operations
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key industry partners
    Skills and Experience:
    • Strong Residential A&D Industry Connections
    • 10+ years in sales of interior products (preferred)
    • An energetic, enthusiastic, initiating, and can-do approach
    • Ability to inspire, motivate and mentor others
    • Ability to report to and manage multiple key stakeholders
    • Well-developed organizational and planning skills, with the ability to put structures in place
    • Experience managing a state or national sales team
    • Experience in the A&D industry (preferred)
