- 10+ years in sales of interior products (preferred)
- An energetic, enthusiastic, initiating, and can-do approach
- Ability to inspire, motivate and mentor others
- Ability to report to and manage multiple key stakeholders
- Well-developed organizational and planning skills, with the ability to put structures in place
- Experience managing a state or national sales team
- Experience in the A&D industry (preferred)
