    The Senior Manager Airline Analytics & Cross Channel Performance is responsible for leading the development of analytics capabilities across Airline Marketing (both in Australia and offshore), leading a team to capitalise on the opportunities arising from the combination of our customer and research data.

    The role is accountable for identifying better marketing strategies through best use of data and audience insights. It is instrumental in developing initiatives to drive cross channel effectiveness, being proactive and delivering continuous improvement for Airline Marketing. This role inputs into the broader data strategy representing airline needs.

    What you'll bring to the role:

    • 10+ years in roles related to insights or data analysis
    • Tertiary degree in data science, mathematics, statistics or related field
    • Strong insights background, turning data into useable action
    • Knowledge of SQL, R, SAS or related programs
    • Advanced skills in Excel, Tableau etc.
    • Understanding of DoubleClick, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Audience Manager will be viewed in a positive light
    • Experience in Marketing Analytics and personalised targeting desirable
