    Key Role Overview

    The Department of Transport and Planning seeks a skilled professional to join the Compliance Team as a Subject Matter Expert. This role will provide critical expertise in supporting the Subscriber Compliance Program, ensuring adherence to standards, and contributing to strategic initiatives.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain Compliance procedures, providing subject matter expertise to the team.
    • Engage with external stakeholders through customer forums and industry presentations, fostering collaborative relationships.

    Key Requirements

    • Proven experience in Electronic Conveyancing and Audit & Compliance programs is highly desirable.
    • Sound working knowledge of relevant legislation, such as the Transfer of Land Act 1958, and associated Acts.
    • Auditing or regulatory compliance experience is highly desirable.
