Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing daily operations,
Ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained
Supervise and motivate staff members
Training and coaching the team
Contribute to performance and business growth
Coordinate and execute events and functions
Development and implementation of strategies
Financial reporting and analysis
Quality, consistency, and innovation in all aspects of the business
Stock management
Day to day running of the business
Leading by example

Job Requirements:

Proven experience as an Assistant Manager in a similar business
Strong leadership skills
Ability to inspire and mentor a team
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine and cocktail service.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
