- A stable track record of senior management within private business
- Experience in specialised, technical and bespoke manufacturing

- An ability to read drawings – experience with 2 D and 3 D software
- Hands on, approachable leadership – enhanced skills in empathy, influencing and stakeholder management that make you a great consultative leader
- Experience managing profit & loss, reporting on progress to plan with a focus on continual improvement
