After five years in the customer service industry, I advanced from an intern to full time employee four years ago. I've had numerous positions in the industry, but my commitment to providing excellent service has never wavered. I believe in knowing my product and procedure inside and out, encouraging my team members, and maintaining a focused positivity throughout. When things get hectic, it's easy to lose my cool, but I'd rather knuckle down, grin, and get the job done. I want my customers to return for more!
