Hello, thanks for taking the time to consider my application.
Here's a little about me. I’m a self-motivated individual with 8 years of visual merchandising experience. I studied a diploma of visual merchandising at TAFE SA in 2008-2009 and started my career with Myer in 2009 I worked at TTP Myer for two years before moving to the Adelaide city store in 2011. I worked throughout all departments instore and was responsible for women’s fashion and women’s youth. While it has been some time since working in the industry, I did work for Myer in 2022 (18 months ago) for a 3-month period to help the visual merchandising team at TTP Myer to implement merchandising standards, new fixtures, mannequins, and signage during their store refurbishment. For the past 8 years I have worked hard on my business creating handmade jewellery that has been sent all over the globe. It has been a successful business, but I do miss working collaboratively with others. Previous to working at Myer I worked as a pharmacy assistant for 6 years, my job included delivering medication to the elderly, daily business bookkeeping, management of lotto agency, customers service/ health advice in store, merchandising to a planogram, filling shelves and visually merchandising the gift shop.
I have strong time management skills, as well as the ability to adapt quickly to business needs. I pride myself on the detail and solving problems creatively amongst team members. I have excellent organizational skills, a strong discipline of Visual Merchandising standards and delivery and can work independently as needed.
I also love painting art, getting crafty, gardening, politics, my cats and spending time with my family.

2016 – CURRENT BUSINESS OWNER – JEWELLERY DESIGNER AND MAKER, WINTER BLOOM DESIGN I started Winter Bloom Design in 2013 and in 2016 it became my fulltime career. The homebased business now has an annual turnover of up to $100k and 35k Instagram followers. This incredible journey has taught me skills in the following. • Designing and developing unique techniques for making jewellery products from resin and polymer clay • Marketing and communications through Instagram, my primary social media platform • Managing business taxes and quarterly statements • Managing my Shopify e-commerce website • Developing an effective product workflow from stock supply orders through to design/making and dispatch • Collaboration with creating professionals throughout the industry • Facilitating workshops both locally and interstate

Worked within the visual merchandising teams at TTP and Adelaide city stores doing department facelifts/refurbishments, merchandising, mannequin changes, and prop installations. Implementation of new season launches and new branding set ups. I worked throughout all departments instore and was responsible for women’s wear and miss shop departments throughout this time.
