I am a strategic and hands-on commercial and category leader with 20+ years’ experience driving growth, disciplined P&L management, and execution across FMCG and consumer businesses in the GCC and international markets.
In the Middle East, I worked with SADAFCO, leading the Saudia and Mövenpick Ice Cream portfolios across Saudi Arabia and GCC markets. My scope included full P&L accountability, category strategy, pricing, portfolio optimisation, and multi-unit retail oversight, supporting premium Mövenpick parlours alongside core FMCG operations.
Earlier in my career, I held brand and category leadership roles with Selleys (DuluxGroup/Orica) and PharmaCare, delivering results through margin improvement, SKU rationalisation, channel expansion, and well-executed product launches across hardware, retail, and pharmacy channels.
More recently, I guided a privately held consumer business through scale, competition, and cost pressure, strengthening my practical approach to pricing, supplier negotiations, and building teams and operating systems that perform under real-world constraints.
My leadership style is practical, accountable, and collaborative, shaped by direct P&L ownership and experience operating across cultures and markets.
