Throughout my tenure, I have garnered extensive expertise in delivering exceptional customer service and adeptly addressing client grievances. I oversee a team of 28 staff members, managing their schedules, reviewing policies, and conducting training sessions.
Experience
I generally possess excellent skills in communication, organization and leadership. I am competent in making quick decisions, evaluating the quality of patient care, resolving conflicts and anticipating problems before they arise. I am hired as much for personal aptitudes (such as the willingness to solve problems) as they are for their medical expertise. They must demonstrate a great deal of ambition, professionalism and awareness of the larger picture at all times.

I possess a Bachelor of Science degree and an advanced diploma in medical-surgical nursing.
