I was a Biomedical Science student from University of Western Australia, which has shaped me into a detail-oriented and process-driven individual. My current roles at Mimochi which spans over HR, store management, event planning, social media marketing, and hands-on duties like donut icing and front of house service, have trained me to be an efficient multi-tasker, adaptable in fast-paced environments, and confident in both people-facing and behind the scenes responsibilities. My previous experience as a dental assistant has also taught me the importance of patient and customer confidentiality, professionalism and empathetic care. I’m passionate about transitioning into the healthcare sector, where I hope to support and uplift communities, and contribute to building a healthier and more compassionate future.

I bring a diverse background in operations, customer service, HR coordination, and digital marketing within the food and beverage industry, alongside clinical support experience in healthcare. At Mimochi Donuts, I have led store operations, managed HR functions, coordinated events, and driven social media strategies—all while maintaining hands-on responsibilities like donut icing and front-of-house service. My earlier experience as a Dental Assistant has strengthened my attention to detail, patient confidentiality, and empathy in high-stress environments. This blend of operational, creative, and care-focused roles has shaped me into a highly adaptable, people-centered professional committed to quality service and community impact.

I hold a Bachelor of Biomedical Science majoring in Humanities in Health and Medicine from the University of Western Australia, where I developed a strong foundation in people-centered care, ethics, and communication. Key units such as Small Business Management, which i chose as an elective, allowed me to create marketing content for a local café, directly linking theory to real-world application, while the Narrative Medicine Internship at Solaris Cancer Care deepened my empathy and understanding of holistic healthcare. Complementing this, I completed a Certificate III in Dental Assisting, equipping me with hands-on clinical experience and a strong focus on confidentiality, attention to detail, and patient care.
