I started my career in HR and EHS, where I handled responsibilities such as recruitment support, coordination, canteen and facility management, MIS updates and communication with management and vendors. Working closely with employees and management helped me build strong people-handling ability, discipline, and responsibility.

Now I am preparing to move into a more growth-focused role where I can contribute, learn, and upgrade my skills. I completed my Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources, which provided me with knowledge in recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, organizational behavior, and business management concepts. My MBA has strengthened my ability to coordinate with teams, support HR functions, and adapt to people-focused and business-oriented roles.
